 Please cancel within 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments, we ask this so we may open up your time slot for another. Cancellations maid less than 24 hours may result in a charge of $25 of the scheduled appointment. No show appointments will be charged the full amount of treatment scheduled. Your scheduled appointment is for you and only you. Our  Esthetician  cannot fill a 

no-show appointment. So we ask our clients to have consideration for their waxer. 

When scheduling your first appointment or appointments over $100 we require a credit card number to hold your appointment. We do not charge it or keep it on file. This is only for the purpose of our no-show /last minute cancellation policy. (See above). The number will also enter into an encrypted location in our software. Appointments must be confirmed and we made it super easy to do so. Each client receives a confirmation email 48 hours before their scheduled visit. This email has a big pink button to click confirm. Texts will also be sent out, if you are signed up for them. Simply reply yes if these go unconfirmed we will call you a day before any appointment to confirm. Any appointment not confirmed are  subject to cancellation. 

 We make every consideration to accommodate our clients if they are late. Please keep in mind that we booked appointments in 30 minute increments. Therefore we usually cannot accommodate our clients that are over 15 minutes late. We understand things happen like traffic, kids, job, and life. Please allow ample time to make your appointment time.

Aroha Kee-o-shee's Brazilian wax Salon is a busy waxing speciality salon and we strive to get you the appointment times you desire. We always appreciate our clients booking ahead, so we can guarantee you get waxed when you need to be! Pre-book your appointment to make it easier for you to remember your waxing to make it a priority. We ask that all female clients take their menstrual cycle under consideration before booking their waxing appointment. We ask this because i Estheticians will wax all female clients on there cycle. Therefore we do not consider this a reason for last-minute cancellations. If you do not want to get waxed on your cycle, please consider your cycling schedule, and schedule your appointment accordingly. Don't forget your tampon!
